On Friday night Tim played in a concert with his brass band. This wasn't just any old playing though - he got to do a solo! And very good it was too. He got the biggest round of applause of the evening, and all the practice he's been putting in really paid off. I don't have any recent photos of Tim + tuba, so I've put this one up again. Well, the outfit and the tuba haven't changed...
Tim's friend Emily, an Australian, came along to the concert and enjoyed what must be one of the most British things she's ever seen. The evening ended with us all standing while the band played the National Anthem - she loved every minute of it!
