House update

We've just heard that the vendor of the house we wanted to buy has pulled out, deciding not to sell after all. Thankfully, we haven't lost any money as no surverys/searches had been carried out yet, but obviously we're both a bit upset. I'm really not looking forward to house hunting again! Wish us luck...
